Plans can cover your furnace, central air conditioner, heat pump, water heater, and other HVAC equipment installed and serviced by EcoThermix. The Premium plan covers one primary system; the Ultimate plan covers all systems in your home.

On the Basic plan, you pay for repairs but receive a 10% discount. On Premium and Ultimate plans, 100% of parts and labour for covered repairs are included — you pay absolutely nothing extra when something breaks.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel, pause, or upgrade your plan at any time with no cancellation fees. We want you to stay because you love the service, not because you're locked in.

Our comprehensive tune-up includes safety inspection, filter check and replacement, cleaning of burners or coils, refrigerant level check (AC), thermostat calibration, belt and bearing lubrication, electrical connection inspection, and a full efficiency report. It typically takes 60–90 minutes.

Basic plan members get next-day priority scheduling. Premium members receive same-day service. Ultimate members are guaranteed a 2-hour emergency response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays.

Water heater coverage is included in the Ultimate Home plan. If you're on a Basic or Premium plan, you can add a standalone water heater protection add-on for just $8.99/month. Contact us to customize your coverage.
